Rice made with chicken broth

Rice is made with chicken broth as is somewhat tipical for Mexican food. I did not stay to eat.

Familiar with vegan food

Staff was familiar with vegan food and recommended the black bean soup, which is a very big portion and filling. They have good salsa and cocktails as well. Would be good if they had more vegan options as I believe their rice is made with animal stock.
