My Favourite Veg store

I love it so much that I go there almost every day. Their food is so good that I think about it when I am overseas. Lol! The variety, price and taste are unmatched. Personally, I think it is arguably the best vegetarian stall in Toa Payoh.

Decent vegetarian stall

Always long queue even since early in the morning. Tried their mixed bee hoon and mee with dishes. The black fungus and king oyster mushroom are delicious, worth the queue.

Great variety of dishes, plain porridge available, reasonable prices

Love the number of dishes that u can chose from, have been eating their dishes since 2007. Their price has remained somewhat reasonable even with the increase in food prices. Love their plain porridge options and the sweet sour fish. Oh yes also the mushroom stalk dish! Yummy!

Pros: Economical rice style with over 20 dishes, Multi storey carpark nearby, Good reasonable pricing

Cons: Limited seating , Crowded everyday

Love the variety of dishes

This stall has a huge variety of dishes to choose from and they often change the way their food is prepared but the end product is always delicious.

Personally, I enjoy porridge with cai png dishes and this is my fav porridge stall because the portion they give is not too much so you can sample more dishes.

Every additional dish only costs $0.50 and during my last visit, I had 2 bowls of porridge and 4 dishes for just $3.50. (photo above)

Pros: Porridge option, Huge variety of dishes

Cons: Long queue even on weekdays
