Delicious bowls and pitas

Delicious and they are very aware of what is and isn't vegan and happy to make changes to the bowls and pita to make it vegan.
You can add lots of different things to the salads which is great too
Friendly staff

Pros: Good prices , Close to the beach, Delicious

Just what we needed on a hot day

Came to the Isla on a hot day in May to spend a few hours and found this spot listed on Happy Cow. It’s a very small, almost stall, but the server was very kind and helpful! You have options of smoothies/smoothie bowls, then if you want something more dense they have Buddha bowls, sandwiches, salads, or a pita wrap. Very open to swapping or dropping ingredients so you get what you want!

I got the smoothie bowl #2, which was a classic banana/PB/cacao bowl and I asked to drop the yogurt (not vegan) and add spinach. Toppings that came with was granola, coconut, almonds and chia. It was really great and a refreshing but light meal on a HOT day!

There’s maybe 4 seats where you can sit at their bar but otherwise it’s a better spot for a quick takeaway (esp if you walk 2 blocks down to the beach to enjoy it).

fresh ingredients & fair portions

good choice if you‘re at the beach and crave something fresh to eat! you can choose from a few bowls and add any toppings of choice, the ingredients were very fresh and the dressings super tasty, would come again😄

Pros: fresh, many topping choices, friendly staff
