Not vegan - Edit
Unfortunately the montunos aren't vegan anymore according to the staff. They didn't offer to veganize anything, so I don't know if that would be possible.

Panamanian food - Edit
This restaurant offers traditional panananian food, it has an English menu. The price is very good and the portions are large. The seasonal salad tastes amazing!! We tried the montuno and the veggie quesadilla also and both was great. They have delicious side dishes e.g. Patacones. All very nice
