Average, but has a clearly labelled vegan burrito option - Edit
Has the vegan burrito, it's really expensive for how small and bland it is. It did come with vegan cheese, but it seemed to only be a few shreds. It's nice to have an easy vegan option at the airport - I just wish it was better.

I had the mushroom and eggplant quesadilla with vegan cheese. Very satisfying!

great option at the airport - Edit
This location of Mexico has a smaller menu but still has some vegan options which are clearly marked. It's in the food court area after passing through security.
