Tasty and lively restaurant - Edit
The food at Mexico was excellent and tasty. They had many vegan options including tacos, sides, mains and dessert. The cocktails were also delicious. They use both vegetables and impossible meat in their vegan options. The restaurant itself was lively and cosy.

Really wanted to give them 5 stars as they’ve got great margaritas and so many vegan options. The fried cauliflower is so good. The chocolate brownie is also amazing.
