Amazing - Edit
We have gone to this restaurant a few times and if anything the food and service has just continued to improve over time. The vegan and vegetarian menu is extensive and I was so pleased with the variety. We were so pleased with our meal! We will be back soon!

Great vegan options - Edit
Mexican Radio's vegan options are very good, including tofu, seitan, vegan sour cream and cheese, and many veggies. The prices are a bit high relative to portion sizes, but the food is tasty.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
Great ambiance, nice friendly wait staff. Original combinations of classic Mexican food. Not just your substandard burrito. I got the plantains stuffed with seitan. It was excellent. Their spring roll vegan appetizer is also very good!! Peanut and guacamole? Who knew, they’re great together!

Terrible Service and Food - Edit
I used to love Mexican Radio. Their service was never great, but their vegan food was great and well worth it. However, now the service has gone even more downhill and the food is no longer good. The owners clearly have been MIA since the beginning. Not worth it.

Delicious food - Edit
My friend recommended this spot when I was visiting in her area and I’m so grateful she did! I ordered the burrito with seitan and vegan cheese and it was delicious. It was a good size portion and I was able to take leftovers home. There was a cheese mistake with my food when it first came out but the staff was very apologetic and corrected the issue immediately which was great. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to any vegans traveling in the area. Also, is a kid-friendly spot.

Disappointed. - Edit
We got there at 9:00, ordered about 10 minutes later, and at 10 we still hadn’t gotten our food. The place was empty save for one other table who was there before we arrived. We had been excited for so many vegan and vegetarian options but the bad service really ruined it for us. We eventually got our food to go, and only when we got back to our hotel did we see how small the portions were. Easily worth half what we paid for it. My mother’s food was made wrong, she was given beef instead of portobello mushrooms. Food was sub par. Won’t be going back.

Great options, poor service - Edit
This was my second time coming to Mexican Radio and had similar experiences both times. If you read Yelp or their FB page you'll see a lot of the same comments. The food was very good and so many vegan options and has outdoor seating and the ambiance and decorations were in point, but service was pretty bad. Both times I went it was new staff and no one knew what they were doing. Also sucks you have to pay for chips and was a little pricey. But definitely very good and would recommend. Want to try brunch next!

great places with tons of options!! - Edit
Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. Wish Happy Cow would let me give this place 5 hearts because rut totally deserves it. Everything from the decor, to the service, to the food is fantastic. Veg tacos were incredibly fresh and the Mexican spring rolls were unique and delicious.

The MOST Vegan Friendly Mexican Restaurant I've EVER Been To! - Edit
I was thrilled to find this restaurant while visiting family, nearby. And, this was probably the most vegan-friendly Mexican restaurant I've EVER been to! For a family of four, all vegan, traveling across the country, we most often find "lame eating." But, not here ...
Read moreWe were offered a vegan/vegetarian menu when we walked in, and as the previous reviewer noted, there were MANY vegan options and substitutes including tofu, seitan, Daiya cheese, and soy crema. The vibe in the restaurant was warm and friendly, not too stuffy, not too busy, and everyone in our party was excited to order a variety of the restaurant's offerings (over the course of two meals). The starters we ordered were ALL delicious, and included the Mexican Spring Rolls, Radio Roll Ups, Chips Y Dos Salsas, and the Black Bean Butternut Squash Soup. (Probably, the biggest surprise we ordered were the Vegan Radio Roll Ups, so don't sleep on those!). We complimented the initial offerings with Tacos a Carbon, Flautas, Vegetable Seitan Fajitas, Vegetarian Chili, Vegan Chimichanga, Vegan Enchiladas, and a House Radio Salad -- all of which were large, filling, and delicious.
It is so rare that, as vegans, that we're able to eat things like hearty Mexican Enchiladas, Chimichangas, seitan fajitas and the like, while eating out. But, this rare treat was offered by Mexican Radio. The end result: This is the first place I will go out to eat next time I am in the area!
Pros: vegan/vegetarian menu with lots of options, delicious food, nice space

*Tons* of vegan options, great service! - Edit
Mexican Radio has a huge array of vegan and vegetarian options, all clearly marked. You can make most of their dishes vegan, and they have many vegan fillings (for burritos, tacos, etc) on offer, including vegan cheese and soy crema. The food was tasty and the service was good. This is a great option for vegans and vegetarians.
