Amazing vegan menu - Edit
Not only is the food itself incredible, but the staff and owner are kind, helpful, and always appreciative. Their vegan options have been stellar, and they recently expanded the vegan menu even further!

I’d give this place 5 stars if I could, but Happy Cow only allows it for fully veg restaurants (totally fair). This vegan menu is quite extensive and delicious. More than the usual vegan Mexican options (eg they have vegan chicken tortilla soup, quesadillas with vegan cheese, etc). The entire vegan section on their menu is relatively new - go support!

If you’re sensitive to spicy - they can make it more mild for you and always offer to help / modify. Everything is DELICIOUS!
We went 3 time in the 2 weeks, my kids love this place!
My favorites are the tofu tacos and the cauliflower tacos.
My kids favorites are the Tinga burrito and Tinga Tacos.
(The burrito is huge so my son ate half and took half home for later).
The only dish we didn’t like was the mushroom tacos - so maybe avoid this one… everything else was just delicious!
The portions are big too and there’s a pineapple kombucha drink they make fresh.
The prices are very reasonable.
Great experience overall.

Absolutely delicious! Everything is labeled so it’s easy to tell what’s vegan. Highly recommend the nachos! Heads up it’s not a huge place so be prepared to do takeout if needed.

I got the soy curl pulled pork taco and "spicy" tofu taco, and they were fine? Lots of fresh toppings which was nice, but the tofu didn't have much going for it and definitely wasn't spicy. The sauces they give you (mango, avocado, and a roasted tomato salsa) had the most spice & flavor out of anything. The salsa was probably the best part of it, but you get a small amount of chips when you order the chips and salsa.

I keep meaning to try something else but I can't stop with the tofu tacos they are sooo good and fresh tasting and authentic and the strawberry lemonade is also delish. Excellent guac as well.

Best vegan tacos I’ve had in ages - Edit
We’re in the Hudson Valley for a week and we came here two nights in a row! I was delighted that this unassuming counter service taqueria had several interesting vegan options. Everything was fresh and delicious and service was very friendly. The vegan pulled pork pastor and the horchata were exceptional. I was stuffed on three $4 tacos and probably should have ordered only two.
