No much to eat but a few things - Edit
There are a few things I think: I meant to ask how the beans are cooked (with lard or not). The sides can only be ordered with a dish, like the salad. The portobello burger unfortunately comes with a brioche bun.

Vegan Not Available - Edit
They had several vegan menu options but none were available and they tried offering a portobello burger with a brioche bun (probably not vegan). We did not stay.

Unexpected! - Edit
Looking for somewhere for a drink prior to our flight we stumbled across the Stella Artois Taba bar and were amazed to discover that they had a page of their menu dedicated to vegan items. Not cheap - it's Mexican airport prices, but good to see!
