Lovely - Edit
4.5 beware that the pancake type of thing is something you have to prepare myself. I entered thinking id be in and out within no time. I was reminded that I needed to slow down for this vacation in Vietnam. delicious food and incredibly kind staff. both things that you can find in many places in Vietnam:) They explained everything, a stark contrast coming from China.

Nice place but limited options - Edit
We picked this restaurant because the reviews sounded like it would be a good option for vegans, but I’m not sure if there was a misunderstanding that made me unsure when ordering :
Read morewhen I asked if anything on the vegetarian menu was vegan, because it looked that way and the vegan labeled options weren’t that interesting to me, I was told that yes, and only asked specifically for eggs revealed that many options might not be vegan. So be sure to ask carefully about the ingredients.
After my order they did ask my partner for allergies on his side, so I’m sure they know what’s in the different dishes.
The food was delicious though, though the portion size was not ideal.
Pros: Delicious food
Cons: Busy so expect a wait , Portion size a bit small, Not clear on what is vegan and what not

Two pages of vegan options - nice place - Edit
Tofu curry with tomatoes was so tasty. At first, we were alone on the floor. Within 20 minutes, it was a full house of tourists and it became so noisy. There was almost no space to move because the building itself is a bit narrow for two rows of tables. Overall, a good evening. The male service staff, Win, was so attentive and kind.

Great vegan options - Edit
I had a 'side dish' of the specialist vegan pancakes, consisting of mint and coriander leaves, noodles, and a tofu pancake with a warm vegetable filling. The dish comes with rice paper so you can wrap your own spring rolls, and a dipping sauce. Staff really helpful.

Good vegetable curry - Edit
Really enjoyed the vegetable curry (100k) at MET, this was vegetarian rather than vegan. The place has a whole menu section for vegetarian and vegan food. The menu also specialises in Vietnamese cuisine and the service was great.
