Very Solid Greek Food - Edit
Listen, on Long Island I grade vegan food on a curve. This place is very solid. The service is friendly, the food is just alright, the portions are massive, and the prices are great. Vegan options are clearly labeled, and the servers know what veganism is and aren’t weird about it. Will come back!

Diverse vegan options - Edit
Let me start by saying they called me to confirm everything I ordered I wanted vegan (since the side salad comes with feta). The portions are very good and the food was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and for a vegetable pasta it was not bland.
Read moreEdit just to add that the vegan items are all clearly marked as vegan!

Clearly labeled vegan options, more than just falafel - Edit
Food is good, knowledgeable employees, not a long wait. Has a few vegan options beyond the default falafel/tahini/hummus. including meatless souvlaki, meatless keftedakia, a nutritional yeast "cheesy" vegetable pasta, kalon prama. Pocket and whole wheat pitas are vegan but the white pitas arent. Even have a vegan dessert, they make a housemade vegan 'honey' for the kalon prama! Menu is clearly labeled with numerous additional vegetarian options and a few more vegan options.

Really Good - Edit
Wanted Greek for my birthday and both authentic spots in smithtown were closed Sundays. Decided to try out Mesoyios and really enjoyed. Menu is clearly labeled with a bunch of solid vegan options. We ordered the vegan pita chip appetizer which was really flavorful and delicious as well as the falafel pita with tahini. Vegan option is a pocket pita as their pita bread is not vegan. Food was filling and delicious!

Which places to you go to in Smithtown? The places i've checked out seem to have limited vegan options.

They are quite limited! Akropolis (technically Nesconset) has falafel and normal vegetable toppings that are vegan but their pita bread is not vegan. Yeros (technically St. James) has a few vegan options including pita as well as a vegan meat, but I don’t find their food to be great. It doesn’t taste traditional at all.
