Local place with very vegan-friendly hosts

In an area where 'vegan' is not a widely known concept, the hosts of this place knew and carefully went through their menu to identify the four vegan options for me. Their tomato soup may be the best I have ever had.

Pros: Vegan-friendly place at the heart of Doñana park, Open outside tourist season

Cons: Kitchen only opens at 20:00
