My wife was at an event at Sevier Park and I needed her to bring me some food. Searched vegan in the area and found Mesero.
Read moreI got all of the labeled vegan options. Here’s my take:
Quinoa tacos: extremely very beyond good - somehow they made the texture meaty with real ingredients and it was incredibly tasty
El Corazon - salad - which could have been better but they dressed it in advance which was disappointing for a takeout order however the flavors melded well
Guacamole Classico - it was a tad spicy but well done and the chips were perfect.
Can’t wait to try it again! They also have vegan cheese to be able to try some of the other options.
