I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. Manager of the evening Shelley on 6/12/21 was extremely hostile and unprofessional. I actually have never been spoken to or treated that way in any place. Though the place clearly relies on tourist money it seems Shelley doesn’t mind attacking customers and losing out on the business. But, I am not a tourist and I live in Alaska. It is now my mission to ensure everyone possible knows how little Shelly and the Mermaid Grotto would like anyone’s business. Treat people like humans, Shelley and maybe you won’t get awful reviews.
All other staff was lovely.
