La comida en general está bien. El almuerzo del día es muy completo y a un precio accesible. Sin embargo, la comida de la carta no se siente a un precio tan justo.

O Mercy oferece cafés e lanches veganos sendo uma ótima opção para quem está visitando o Centro Histórico de Bogotá. Uma boa é combar a visita com o passeio no funicular/teleférico de MontSerrat - a entrada para a atração fica há poucos minutos a pé de distância.

Read moreWe ordered two pizzas (and an empanada to start) - pizzas were decent with a nice base. Empanada was super tasty. Pizza took a while, though the waiter did tell us it would take about 30 mins - we did arrive before lunchtime so it could have been due to that.
Waiter was super friendly. Some items on the menu weren’t available.

It’s hidden in an alley so we had to look for it. The food is surprisingly good and we also ordered Lulo Flavoured Kombucha! Perfect combination for my sándwich and my friend’s hamburger! We shared a vegan empanada and bought 2 for takeout afterwards. This is a MUST try if you are in Bogotá! 😋

Mi primera vez fue para reponer fuerzas de una caminata y me tomé un latte y un pedazo de brazo de bizcocho con fresa que estaba delicioso. A la tarde volví a repetir; esta vez pedí para llevar una burger y un pastel de yuka. Todo delicioso. Las chicas y el chico que trabajan allí, encantadores!! 100% recomendable. 💚

Staff was nice, but, whilst I don't want to be harsh, the food was not great. We had two combos: the tacos, which lacked flavour, and the hotdog, which was ok. We also ordered a side of onion rings that might just have been the worst I've ever had: flavourless, greasy, small, etc. Plus, the combo lemonades were so sweet they were undrinkable (though that's more of Colombian problem).

I had the tacos based on the recommendations here, and they were not really mind-blowing. I also had fries, which were nicely seasoned, and a lemonade. All in all a fine experience, except for the fact that the service was quite rude at times (and I’ve worked in the service industry myself, so I’m highly empathetic towards them, but still).

We arrived around 1:30pm and there was no more menu of the day left. We ordered burgers, french fries and the papa reillena.
Read moreAt first we were not very sure as we were trying to translate some words we couldnt understand but it looks like the waitress was inpatient and turned very cold.
We've waited a long time to be served and i've been told that there was no more papas reillanas when we finally got surved. The thing is when we ordered there were at least two of them.
The french fries looked kind of bearely cooked.
The burgers were delicious.
For dessert there was only a strawvery pie that we didnt try.
I fully support the restaurant because they are vegan for the animals but we were not very good welcomed.
Pros: very yummy burgers, vegan for the animals
Cons: unfriendly staff, only one dessert, no more menu of the day at 1:30pm

Maybe we went on a bad day but we had the empenadas and a pizza. We had to wait a LONG time for food even though only ones there, empenada was Ok but pizza was very doughy, not sure if this was the desired taste / texture but it seemwd to be undercooked - hate to do bad reviews but this app is just to share our experience which on the day was not a good one

Ate the pizza cowabunga and onion rings. They were out of their mercy cheese for the pizza so they used violife and charged us more. The pizza came with a lot of pineapple and ham, it was a bit too doughy for my liking. Onion rings were nicely battered and very crunchy but it’s a small portion.
