Nice vegan burger - Edit

In a really lovely part of the train station, surrounded by plenty of other restaurants, there is this little gem: Veg&Veg. I had a salad with 3 ingredients and their Virgilio burger. The salad is a little expensive; coming in at 5 euros for only lettuce and 3 extra ingredients, but the burger's price-food ratio was a lot better at 8,50€ for a good sized burger. The patty was amazing, the buns were good (with seeds on top!) and the sauce and vegetables all mixed in great. Every bite was equally delicious, no excess sauce or anything. The only small thing is I would've liked it to be a little warmer, but that's nitpicking. All in all a great place for vegans and vegetarians to go to, with several good options! + it is surrounded by restaurants that serve nonvegan food, which is good for when your partner is not vegan/vegetarian (like mine!)

Pros: good food, enough choice

Cons: expensive

Nice Surprise - Edit

In a city with limited vegi options, finding this place was a nice surprise. I was anticipating another pizza, but the vegi / vegan stall - with it's own food prep area - had loads of choice. And all open till midnight!
It isn't actually in the main station: It's 2/3 of the way down the length of the platforms down Via Giovanni Giolitti - the road on the right of the station when looking from the bus station in Piazza del Cinquecento.

Pros: Central, & open late., Good beer & wine available., Stall set-up - non-vegan friends can eat there too

Cons: Not cheap!, Can get busy at prime time - no booking
