in a small town grocery, a few vegan items to be found

We were about to stay in a very remote Air BnB in Asturias, Spain, so we wanted to stock up on groceries. I was able to find vegan breaded chickn cutlets and seitan and hummus. Seriously the seitan was the best I ever had. The hummus was as good as I get back home in restaurants in a city with a massive Lebanese population. Way better than the store-bought hummus you can find anywhere. Also excellent olives. The chocolate even down to 65% cocoa was still vegan.
