Light and Tasty Breakfast - Edit
I was traveling from Portland to Grants Pass and my go to Vegan spot in town was closed so I tried a quick bite at Meraki Coffee Co. The service was quick and friendly. The vibe had a very college town feel. I ordered Toby's Toast : local sourdough, a tofu spread, avocado, tomato and red onion. It was spectacular!!
