Vegan Ramen! - Edit
As the lead picture for this post shows, this place has a ramen section that is explicitly vegan. I was impressed by the variety. So often places have a single vegan ramen option, usually miso. It was nice to see things like black garlic oil and spicy curry on the menu. We ordered the spicy curry ramen on this trip and it was indeed spicy! And very tasty.
