Vegans could also go to the "Salatbuffet". Also offers veggie days on the second Thurs of every month, where only veg and vegan dishes are offered. The "Mensacafé" downstairs also offers a vegan main. Open Mon-Fri 11:30-14:00.

Vegan options almost every day! - Edit
There is at least one vegan option almost everyday either in Mensacafé or Mensa. They have many decent dishes but overall it is canteen food. Currently prices range from 2,80€ - 5€ for university students which I am not used to at my own university.
