Mensa is upstairs and the cafeteria is located downstairs; both offer different food. Weekly menu is available on website. Open Mon-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-16:00. Closed Sat-Sun.

Favorite uni cafeteria - Edit
So far this is the only uni cafeteria in Tübingen I found that has many vegan options. There’s oat milk for coffee and many vegan snacks/ cold dishes. There’s WiFi for students (if you have a student ID) and a lot of seating, you can study and have a coffee. If you’re a student you can pay with your student card (after loading money on it), non students can pay with regular credit card.
Read moreThe main con is that hot lunch is only available until 2 pm. After that there are still snacks like baked goods and couscous salad. It gets more empty and quiet after the lunch period ends so that’s a plus if you want place to study or work.
If you want take out you should bring your own containers and reusable cups, or otherwise you have to buy a reusable one there. A reusable cup is 10 euro.
There are no disposable straws - you can use a glass straw for 1 euro deposit (when you give it back, you get the 1 euro back.)
