Better than most restaurants

I was amazed by the variety and quality of the vegan food options in this Canteen! I had a chilli sin carne with pulled jackfruit and cashew cheese, super delicious and filling, better than what you could get in most restaurants in Switzerland claiming to be vegan friendly. I hope this becomes standard everywhere! As I side bit, they have meat at the takeaway counter but it seems that the daily menu is at least vegetarian
