Delicious healthy sandwich! Friendly waitstaff. Some kinks in their process - Edit
Had the vegan version of their happy hippy sandwich, it was delicious but very messy 🤪 They have scan codes on the table that ask for your check number, which is on the receipt but hard to find. The bag of chips would not open with a table knife, fortunately I had a sharp folding knife. Looking forward to trying other items next time!

Nice to have another vegan option here. The happy hippie has beet caviar which makes this sandwich shine. It’s a great new addition. Remove the white cheddar and request the ciabatta bread.

The tofu Bahn Mi was absolutely wonderful. Summer watermelon salad with just enough kick. Yummy housemade lemonade.

I have the app but still not liking to order from an app. Short line at 5:30 pm. Had the vegan Banh mi sandwich. Lots of crunchy veggies, tofu and sauces. One of the better banh mi sandwich’s I’ve had. Sriracha potato salad to. Had a slight kick.

Back again 10/08/2022 and had the Unreal Reuben. Really good!

Mendocino Market has decent options but could use a bit of tweaking. Their tofu bahn mi sandwich is tasty, some of their other sandwiches are so-so. I did not care for the potato salad, very mushy. Things are labeled vegan.

I love Mendocino Farms, I always get the curried couscous (nice flavor!) and the impossible burger. They even have an oat hemp date cookie that tastes amazing, and a vegan banh mi. I would give 5 stars if the app let me, the vegan options are that great!

Amazing vegan options! The Vegan Banh Mi Sandwhich was absolutely delicious and I would give Mendocino Farms 5 stars if Happy Cow allowed me to. Everything is clearly marked on the menu with a V and even a good portion of their daily sides are also vegan. Will definitely be going back!
