Not a ton of options, but what they have is good! The potato salad scratches the itch if you miss it from your non-vegan days. Would definitely come here again!

Decent vegan options in an area with limited options - Edit
Vegan options here include a vegan banh mi, an impossible taco salad, and a Chinese salad that can be veganized with tofu. Good and light overall. Fast casual in a pinch
