Great spot great vegan options - Edit
Great vegan options from impossible burgers to vegan cornbeef sandwiches and most of the sides are vegan. The salads are actually really good also not a bad place to finally order a salad

They have three vegan items on the vegan section of the menu and some other items labeled vegan. My hubby and I both got their impossible burgers. It was $27 for the two of us- the burgers didn’t come with any sides like chips or fries or anything, it was just the burger. It had really good flavor but it wasn’t filling so we walked to Jimbos to get some more food. I don’t think I would eat here again because it isn’t good value and there are better options around the area.

Vegan banh mi & more! - Edit
There are 3-4 excellent vegan options here that keep this sandwich shop a regular in my lunch rotation. The vegan banh mi, made with tofu, is stellar, and I'm also partial to the Impossible taco salad. The tempeh is organic and house-smoked, and makes a great sandwich. There is usually a seasonal item or two, to add some variety. There is always ample free parking in the adjacent garage.
