Lots of yummy vegan options! - Edit
Got the avocado quinoa superfood salad without the cheese. They were a little stingy with the avocado at this location and forgot the dressing…so giving 3 stars for that. But otherwise good was good and service was pretty quick. A solid option in Folsom.

Love the Vegan Banh Mi Sandwich - Edit
This place has some great vegan and vegetarian options. I've tried the Vegan Banh Mi Sandwich, Impossible Taco Salad, vegan potato salad, Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada (can be made vegan), and some seasonal items. The menu has a clear guide as to what is veg and what can be made veg. I love that you can modified some items. I want to try the Mama Chen's Chinese Salad (vegan-style).
