Mellow Mushroom is one of my go tos when traveling. It isn't great for a solo meal, because the portions are so big. I came here on a weekday for lunch and got sat down right away. I got a small pizza with all the veggies, tofu and daiya cheese. It was delicious. It was my first time getting tofu on it and I probably won't again because it wasn't seasoned or anything, how boring! I love their seasoned tempeh.
The service was good, their wifi SUCKED though so I wasn't able to get my business done while I ate like I planned. Bummer.
Pros: delicious, vegan options, pizza!
Cons: bad wifi, serves meat
