Walked Out After 20 Minutes - Edit
We went there on a Saturday evening. The tables were only about half filled, but there was a line of about 8 people for pick up. We were informed that it would take 45 minutes to cook the pizza, which seemed like a long time considering how many tables were open. We sat down and got excited about their separate vegan menu. However, after 20 minutes, no one had visited the table, even though several servers walked right by us. We ended up walking out. They seem to be more focused on their carry out business. A simple fix would be to have their servers stop to check on anyone with menus lying on the table and no food or drinks. We'll give them one more try on a weekday.

We have been here many times and our meals have been great each time! The patio is very nice. The service has been outstanding every time. Pizza’s are delicious and salads are fresh!

They were awesome as always. We were greeted when we walked in the door, were served our drinks and food in a very timely manner. Not only was our server on top of making sure we were happy but also were asked if everything was great by the manager. I got the veggie pizza and had them sub the mozzarella with the vegan cheese. And had them add a few extra veggies as well. I was happy that they use paper straws instead of plastic straws. My husband discovered the paper straws.

Don’t walk, Run away - Edit
Food was cold. Service was slow. Waitress either had a severe case of RBF or was in a truly foul mood. I’ve been to other locations with good food and service so I’m not sure why this one is so terrible.
Read moreI also left my phone on the table on accident. I went back about an hour later to try to find it and the seating hostess kept lying about what happened when it was found. My husband had to threaten the manager to call the police to report the imei number as stolen since the phone was turned off even though it was charged 50% when I left it. Manager reviewed the tapes and saw seating hostess crumple the note on it, toss note in the trash and then hide the phone under the front desk. He searched the desk and found it in the back. Seating hostess says it was off because it fell in a mop bucket and got wet. Phone was not wet when found and turned on just fine.
Pros: Didn’t get food poisoning
Cons: Dishonest and rude staff, Cold food
