Mellow mushroom is a great chain that has vegan options that are solid! Try the marinated tempeh to get a little extra protein on salads or pizzas!

Willing to customize but overall disappointing. Tried pizza without the vegan cheese and the toppings and sauce were so light it was RIDICULOUS. Could barely find the carmelized onions, about 8 spinach leaves, barely mushroom. We even ordered 2 kinds of mushrooms! Don’t recommend.

Glad to have a restaurant with a few vegan options in Paducah, KY! The build your own pizza was really good. They use vegan cheese from follow your heart. Honestly a bit too much cheese and not enough veggies, I’d probably say light on the cheese next time. Also make sure to specify no butter or parm garnish!

Mellow mushroom has wonderful vegan options from build your own salads to subs or pizzas. I enjoy creating my own just as much as I like to adjust mellow staples like the Thai chicken. Make sure to ask for no butter/no parm and be ready to wait. Service is slow, but it always hits the spot. Also, if you are drinking next door at Dry Ground, make sure to order a pizza to be delivered to the brewery. Hit two birds with one stone!

This restaurant is in a really cute old coca-cola building. The food is very nice and yummy. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. The restaurant is veteran owned and they offer a military discount everyday. They also have happy hour from 3-7 Monday through Friday.

Set in an old brick Coca-Cola bottling building; now remodeled to include other businesses, the Mellow Mushroom pizza place was delightful..., I enjoyed a GF 12 inch crust with vegan cheese, and a variety of veges. Though a bit skimpy on the veges.., only 4 small pieces of artichoke heart, at 12 inches, it was enough pizza to be sure. Friendly expedient wait staff, bright windows, and a large screen looping historical footage of Paducah, made this dining experience fun.

Good mushroom - Edit
We had a good lunch at the Paducah Mellow Mushroom. Engaging service From Shawn with gluten and dairy free pizza topped with many veggies. I had their shiitake special and she had a build your own. All very fresh and tasty.
