Must-have veg dishes! - Edit
Superb veg dishes for all food lovers, especially Italian food fans. Tofu and tempeh are available as protein options on sandwiches and calzones, and Daiya cheese substitute is offered as well.
The 'herb' veggie burger is supreme, the patty is unforgettable, and the whole burger can be vegan if you substitute the cheese for Daiya and hold the mayo.
Sides are scarce, but what is offered (chips/potatos) is delicious.

Mellow Mushroom, very vegan friendly stop for pizza, sandwiches, and more! - Edit
Mellow Mushroom is a hippie themed pizza chain. Many items are vegetarian or easily vegan-izable (their website is very helpful with modification info, so check before you go). I ordered the half portion of the tofu hoagie. Make sure to request to make it vegan by holding the cheese and mayo (they do have vegan cheese available if you want!). I came away very satisfied with the sandwich, it was great quality and a good deal.
