I love the Mellow Mushroom and have visited lots of locations. The staff at this one was the most well versed on their vegan options I have ever encountered. I didn't have to tell them to leave the parm and butter off of the crush, and when I picked up my to go order, the guy working the register made sure to open the box to make sure I got what I wanted. The pizza was delicious. I love their crush. If I'm traveling alone I get a small pizza and it is great for two meals.
