Fantastic Pizza - Edit
I think for the vegan who likes customizable options this is a great place. I made a vegan pizza and it was enough for 2-3 people easily.
Pros: Vegan options galore., Very tasty, Good portions

Mellow Mushroom Rocks - Edit
I was so excited when I found out we were getting a Mellow Mushroom in Hickory NC... Although they are not completely vegetarian, they are veg-friendly & they have a lot of vegetarian dishes to choose from... Not to mention their food is absolutely delish!
Pros: Great Food, Lots of Vegetarian options, Friendly Staff
Cons: If you order pizza there is a long wait, Kind of pricey

I absolutely love the mellow mushroom! While there aren't many purely veg options. There are many ways you turn your pizza or sandwich veg or vegan.
Pros: good food, TEMPEH!, nice staff
Cons: alittle over priced, packed, not alot of pure veg options
