I have eaten at mellow mushroom in destin Florida and loved it. I found this place in the middle of Alabama and it was great! Cool atmosphere, good food, and good service. Tofu, tempeh, and daiya cheese available! Be sure that the server understands the difference between gluten free and vegan. She was a little confused at first but she's got it now! Our server was very friendly and accommodating!
