Great tasting pizza - Edit
Was in the area for work and not many options around. So I ate here each night. Pizza and pretzels were very tasty. This was my first time visiting a mellow mushroom. I will definitely return. Only downside is they were out of the tempeh each night. So I was unable to try it here.

Good options in a bit of a vegan food island - Edit
Great food, and they understand what vegan means when making modifications. There's not a lot of other options in the area. If you order online, they have more vegan options.

I have eaten at mellow mushroom in destin Florida and loved it. I found this place in the middle of Alabama and it was great! Cool atmosphere, good food, and good service. Tofu, tempeh, and daiya cheese available! Be sure that the server understands the difference between gluten free and vegan. She was a little confused at first but she's got it now! Our server was very friendly and accommodating!
