No! Upcharge! For! Vegan! Cheese! - Edit
The follow your heart cheese is delicious and I love that it doesn’t cost extra! Service is above and beyond, they put dressing and cheese on the side of the salad my fam was sharing when they found out I was vegan, and when there was a minor defect in one of the pizzas they gave us a whole small pizza for free before even giving us the original pizza. Also they have the good root beer (barqs)

Consistent and great for carry-out - Edit
I eat at this location approximately every two weeks and they have yet to make a mistake with my order other than forgetting to bake my pizza well-done once. They haven't made a non-vegan mistake on any of my orders yet. I really appreciate that they have Follow Your Heart vegan cheese and no longer charge an up-charge for it. They're also the only pizza place in the region that has tempeh or tofu as a topping option.
Read moreThey're even experimenting with a vegan section on their online ordering, which is nice for the sandwiches but still leaves a bit to be desired when building a pizza since it excludes the "meats" section which contains the tofu and tempeh. They seem to be working the bugs out of it, though.
It's a bit more expensive than the other chains, but it's easily the best pizza place for online ordering in the area.
Pros: No charge for vegan cheese, They have tempeh, tofu, and tons of veg toppings, Easy online ordering
Cons: Can be expensive if you get plenty of toppings, Crowded when dining in on the weekends, Underbaked crust by default, like most chains
