Bland, overly cheesy pizza - Edit
Ordered the vegan mushroom pizza. Pizza had a few mushrooms randomly sprinkled on it, but was drowned in vegan cheese. Any flavor was lost in all the cheese.

Terrible experience at this location - Edit
Terrible service, overcharged for a mediocre pizza, and we both felt sick a few hours after eating here. Other mellow mushroom franchises might be better but for us we’ll drive an extra block for brix pizza.

Pricey but solid vegan pizza with really good dough. The tofu is a bit mushy and uninspiring but the tempeh is good. I usually get both just because you can order different seasonings with the tofu. I believe they use Follow Your Heart cheese. Be sure to specify no butter/Parmesan on the crust.

Awesome Experience! - Edit
This Mellow Mushroom delivered! The wait staff was very accommodating to to with my gluten intolerance and being vegan. The pizza was so good. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love how they offer vegan crust, vegan/gf crust, vegan cheese, tofu, tempeh, and many toppings. There are not too many places that offer tofu and tempeh on their pizza! They also are very careful to not put butter or parm on the pizza when ordering, if you indicate vegan. I am able to eat here with my omnivore family.

I've been to a few Mellow Mushroom locations and this one has the worst food. The service is variable--sometimes good, sometimes sketchy. My favorite dish to order at MM is the tempeh sandwich (veganized). Unfortunately, they didn't teach the cooks at this location how to prepare it, so it's awful here.
Read morePizza here is so-so. If you want pizza, go down High House a few blocks for zPizza, which has lots more options, uses certified organic tomato sauce and wheat dough, and offers vegan cheese.
