The friendly staff is super knowledgeable of veganism, you can basically customize a lot of things on the menu to be vegan; also, there's the option to build your own hoagie, salad and pizza with all the scrumptious toppings. Mellow offers Daiya cheese, tofu(it's amazing when curried), tempeh and a plethora of veggies! My personal favourite is a vegan cheese bread with curried tofu, mushrooms, pineapple and Thai sauce with a side of red sauce(make sure no Parmesan on it). It's relatively cheap and so so cheerful! P.S. The vibes at mellow are one of a kind!

Vegan pizza of dreams - Edit
A great place to get rad pizzas when other people want omni toppings. I had a tempeh, caramelised onion, avocado pizza topped with Daiya cheese. Stunning food, friendly service and fun hippy vibes.
Pros: Tasty, Great value, Good drinks list
Cons: No vegan desserts
