Love Mellow Mushroom, this location this night was terrible - Edit

While in town for work, I was so excited to have a mellow mushroom restaurant close, as I've had their vegan options at other locations and love them. This location on this night was terrible though. at least 7 employees were standing around the register, chatting, flirting and more. I came up to put in a carryout order, said as much, and the young man looked at me and said, "Sorry, I wasn't paying attention". I asked for a menu, said I'm vegan so I want to make sure I order the vegan salad and pizza. Ordered a Vegan Veg Out and an Enlightened Salad. I waited for over 30 minutes (while the young man who took my order was eating his salad at the cash register and making faces with his food at a young female coworker) and finally heard my name called. She showed me my pizza and it *LOOKED* like the Veg out, but I noticed something that looked like cheese on my salad. I thought oh, maybe they used vegan cheese, but when I got back to my hotel room, both salad and pizza had dairy cheese on them, which I can't eat because of both being vegan and having a legitimate dairy allergy. Watch out for this location!!

Pros: Have a vegan menu, Nice location

Cons: Workers , Got cheese on both my pizza and salad, Terrible customer service

Great vegan options - Edit

The recently started posting their entire vegan menu on their website, including pizzas, sandwiches and sides. Toppings include tofu and tempeh, in different varieties. Something for everyone.

Broken link in the chain! - Edit

Kate the barkeep was in a flailing rush for my visit! No "hello how are you". Order fail from the kitchen and when she asked to tab out her shift she became the end of the bar loudmouth rude cursing "patron"...still serving herself from the taps and talking about buying "buds" from her ex that is a dealer!!!! FAIL!!!
