Donut flavours include chocolate, strawberry, caramel, and vanilla donuts. Open Thu-Fri 7:30am-3:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:30am-3:00pm. Closed Mon-Wed.

Grateful for vegan, not great though - Edit
We bought 4 baked options for $20! 2 maple glazed donuts, 1 apple fritter, 1 cinnamon pastry. The maple donuts were okay, the dough was moist and flat tasting. The glaze was good. The apple fritter's dough was not tasty. Not sweet, and chewy, gummy. The cinnamon pastry was rock hard, with too much ginger (?), not pleasant. I bake with gf flour, mine are not gummy or chewy.

Good for GF - Edit
I have had a couple of baked goods from Melinda's and they are fine. They do have a good number of vegan options and I would recommend it if you're GF. If you aren't GF, go somewhere else (search out Sweet Bean Bakery if you want some legit delicious vegan pastries). Everything I've had here is super dense compared to regular breads and bakery items.

Very cute GF bakery with some vegan options - Edit
And not just one or two vegan options either! When I went in the whole second shelf was vegan. The lady working there was so sweet. I will definitely stop by again when I am passin through Santa Cruz. I love loved the vegan bear claw 🥰 I recommend

Best and only organic, vegan, gluten-free croissants & morning buns I could find in the Bay - Edit
Though not all items are vegan, they make the best vegan morning buns, everything bagels, buttery and flaky almond bearclaws (croissant-like) and chocolate croissants. And I've tried all the gluten-free bakeries in the Bay!

Their sourdough bread is way more affordable than other bakeries. And when I special ordered, they kindly put less icing so it could be lower-sugar.
And they let me save trees by putting their food in my own container. California has been allowing customers to put food in their own containers (leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=201920200AB619)

Amazing vegan options - Edit
I have never written a review but I had to for this place! They were so so warm and welcoming and willing/happy/able to explain all their vegan options. Everything is gluten free too. The puff pastry sandwiches (vegan) are really crispy and rich and I’ve never had anything vegan and gluten free that was like this. I’d totally recommend and will absolutely be going back.
