Business is on hiatus (summer 2021) - Edit
As of July 2021, Melba's is unfortunately on hiatus. I had a lovely phone chat with the owner, who mentioned that the pandemic plus some personal health issues meant that the business is on pause for the foreseeable future. If you're visiting later this year, however, it's worthwhile to give them a call and see if things have changed!

What more could you ask for... Vegan cookies and slices!! And a good majority are made lower GI with coconut sugar.

Amazing! - Edit
Being gluten free we were super skeptical. We found the stall at the Green markets in Kona. We grabbed 2 of their chocolate, peanut butter and macadamia cookies (wishing we bought 10), a garlic roll and a lilikoi slice. Absolutely stunning flavours all round.
