Close to the train station. We went there for breakfast before heading up the hill.
It's only recently opened, so no English menu yet but the staff were helpful.

We had breakfast here and the food was really delicious, very healthy and tasty. The staff was very friendly too.

Excellent food, nice place, good prices - Edit
We were very happy to find this new place right near Sintra station. Great service and some lovely options. The house salad was excellent and the roasted vegetable and hummus toasted sandwich was brilliant. Nice fresh juices, good coffee and wonderful homemade cakes.
