For starters, we ordered bread with hummus, olives, and a very good quality olive oil. For lunch, I had the day's special: "Tofu com molho à espanhola" (tofu with Spanish sauce), with potatoes, salad, and sautéed greens. My boyfriend had a bean burger with two types of salad and a super flavorful mayo. For dessert, I had "mela canela" (similar to apple tart with lots of cinnamon).

The empanada with tempeh was nice.
Juice of the day - apple stawberry was good, kind of strange combination but was exactly what youd expect it to taste like.
Matcha latte was great!
We got 2 desserts -
The Mela Canela, their famous apple pie, which was great!
And the Lemon Cake (made with spirulina, and coconut cream topping), delicious! Made with coconut flour based on the taste.
And a golden latte which was also fantastic.

After some intense hiking and exploring in Sintra, this was a lovely restaurant to visit. We ate the daily soup (a cabbage soup), the daily special (a tofu and veggie skewer with white bean sauce), a mushroom toasty sandwich, pana cotta, and apple pie. Everything was delicious, seasoned well, and tasted fresh. We left feeling like we received a great value for the meal we ate. This was a perfect place to re-charge before exploring more castles!

This is the only fully vegan restaurant in Sintra. We ate here for breakfast and lunch while visiting. Had the tofu scramble for breakfast and the dish of the day which was tofu for lunch. Both were better than expected.

The scrambled tofu here was absolutely delicious - it didn't look super special but was lovely and Herby. The special Portuguese stew wasn't that great but I enjoyed the beans and chorizo. Really nice place and friendly staff.

Excellent vegan food! The staff was very warm, welcoming and efficient. Loved the mushroom toast, hummus toast with grilled veggies and the tofu, spinach and sun dried tomato toast. The gluten free and vegan cakes were really good, had the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. Highly recommend this place😄

Superb plant based restaurant in Sintra - Edit
This plant based restaurant just opened in Sintra, near the train station. Find it with apple maps. I had the eggplant parmesan which came with a side salad, and an appetizer of olives, hummus and pita. My wife had a burger- beet based. All of our food was wonderful. Portions were large. Prices were very reasonable. Clean, good service.

Such great vegan options in Sintra! - Edit
This place easily had some of the best vegan options in Sintra. I've had some terrible tofu scramble in my time, but the tofu scramble here was seasoned well, and I couldn't get enough of it. I also got some buttered toast and a fruit bowl with yogurt and granola, and the portion sizes were all generous. The staff were all very friendly too. The only downside is that they were closed Monday and Tuesday, so I only got to go there once while in Sintra, sadly.
