Zentrales Lokal mit sehr leckeren Speisen. Ich hatte verschiedenes, veganes Sushi und alles hat super geschmeckt. Die Bedienung schien etwas gestresst und auf Nachfragen reagierte man verhalten. Die Auswahl an veganen Speisen könnte für mich auch noch größer sein, aber das was es gibt ist wirklich sehr gut.

Very friendly staff. The restaurant is really closely furnished. The prices are fair. The food was good, but there is just vegan sushi with avocado. I wished I had more selection in sushi.

Bland and weird food combinations - Edit
I don't really understand why this place has such good reviews. Maybe other dishes are better, but I had the "authentic noodle soup with homemade noodles". The noodles definitely were store bought udon, when I asked they said "hm, they should be homemade, but not sure...". Instead of the koriander they put parsley and ice berg salad in it, which already threw me off. When I asked about the koriander, they said you have to inquire it beforehand, because some people don't like koriander. But how should I, as a new customer, know that, when it says koriander on the menu that I get parsley if I don't ask for it? The broth was ok, but nothing special and the silken tofu were just three pieces of the normal fried tofu, you get in any restaurant. There were also some raw carrots in there and combined with the parsley and ice berg salad I felt like I was rather eating a raw salad then an "authentic" soup. Also, quite pricy for the little food you actually get. I am definitely not going back, maybe the sushi is better there, but the soup was really disappointing. I would have given 1 star but I like that they do have a couple of vegan options.

Mit Abstand mein liebstes Restaurant in Bielefeld: das Essen ist super lecker, hat eine tolle Qualität und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an veganen Gerichten. Auch die alkoholfreien Cocktails sind klasse. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und besonders draußen im großen Outdoorbereich kann man prima sitzen. Auch zu empfehlen ist der vegane Hot Pot für mehrere Leute! Ich würde gerne 5 ⭐️ geben.

Speisekarte enthält veganes Sushi, Tempura, Misosuppe, Edamame, Ramen und gebratene Nudeln. Alles schon getestet und es ist immerwieder einfach super lecker. Die Location ist soweit schön, aber immer sehr voll und deswegen auch recht laut. Unbedingt reservieren ^~^

Delicious Sushi in a red House - Edit
I went to Meiwei spontaneously with my friends and had a really good time there. Super options for vegans. Nice stuff. It was so delicious and the soy ice cream with mango - yum! Come early because it gets really packed and maybe you can’t get in without a reservation😄

I'm surprised this wasn't already listed, so I had to add it. There a lot of vegan choices to the point where it's hard to decide what to get. I had the Bento with the Bielefelder futomaki...omg, so much tempura goodness. Probably some of the best vegan sushi I've had. There's also a vegan hotpot, teppanyaki, and some vegan desserts, which is not always easy to find. It can get quite crowded, so I think a reservation might be needed on weekends.
