Mei Qi Shui Guo Fang, Jiaosi - Edit
Any of the vego restaurants I've found in Jiaosi seem to close at usually 8 pm or in 1 case slightly later. Thus the day I arrived this place was a proverbial life saver.
The baked sweet potatoes are ready cooked, hot and immediately available to take away and eat.
Pros: Open relatively late for this town, Vegan friendly, Tasty and inexpensive
