Mushrooms were very tasty - Edit
The vegan brunch was tasty and the mushrooms were a clear highlight. Saying that, the plate didn't quite fit together. The hummus felt a bit out of place and gave the impression the meal was more items that a vegan would eat as opposed to truly coming together.

Vegan lamb - Edit
Vegan lamb is really tasty with the hummus and green sauce. Also the date bbq sauce is really good. Portion was small. Staff were a bit miserable which was kinda annoying when a service charge was added. Plus you can’t make any substitutes (I wanted to change which sauce came on my kebab) and have to pay for water.

Some great vegan options on the menu for both brunch and dinner. Love the mezze bowl for dinner and the tofu scramble for brunch! Great place to come if your group has a variety of dietary preferences.

A few vegan dishes, very tasty and quickly served. Very cute decor and I had the best vegan Pancakes of my life! Quite small portions though. We had to order 3 dishes for 2 People to be full... But would definitely go again

Lovely restaurant with a good variety of vegan options. The breakfast portions are not too big but really delicious, had the smashed avocado on sourdough and the vegan pancakes which honestly i think were the best i’ve ever had.

The vegan options are great. I had a tofu scramble and some greens. When the waitress asked if we had allergies we said no and I confirmed that I was vegan. They brought butter with my toast. I let the manager know I didn’t need it and they should probably not serve butter with a vegan dish. He was very defensive. Came back later and said that I never told the waitress I was vegan. So she lied and made me look bad. They also charge 2 pounds for hot water. I may go back just because the dish was good. But it definitely left a poor taste in my mouth how they treated us.

Megan's on the High Street - Edit
I've been meaning to try Megan's forever and just took too long to finally do it. Make a booking or be prepared to wait, this place is a VERY popular brunch spot. The decor is beautiful and very Instagramy.
Read moreThere were many vegan things to choose from, but I still landed on the tofu scramble and was very impressed. They really added flavor, veg, and guacamole on top. I didn't even need to salt my food. I also ordered a sided salad and potatoes rosti. The potatoes were shaped like large tater tots and were delicious.
Definitely recommended for a nice brunch!
