Delicious Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
They came to Michiana Vegfest. I tried the Chicago Cheesesteak with Italian cheese sauce and the Hot Wings. Both were delicious, but the wings were my favorite. They came on a sugar cane bone and were very tender and flavorful. Hoping they return next year 🤞

Good vegan comfort food - Edit
I had Stemartaen at a Chicago vegan test kitchen pop up at emporium. Shared the wings, mac, and greens basket. The wings were a great consistency and the addition of the homemade ranch was great. Mac was good, not the best I’ve had but worth it. Greens were okay.

We got the gouda mac at the Cleveland Vegfest and loved it. Al dente perfect noodles and a smokey gouda flavor.
