The Northeast's Best and Only Vegan Option? - Edit
Mother Mii, if I understand her correctly, says she's a rare example of a vegan buffet that's not in it for religious reasons. There usually seem to be 4-5 options on display, and she'll let you sit at her table behind the cart if you prefer to dine in. These are tough times for tourism and restaurants, with several of my favorite places in CR closing up within the past year, so I can't fault inconsistent opening and just encourage you to give this place a try if it's open when you pass by. My usual-sized meal to fill me up was significantly more expensive here than at other places, but it's still definitely tasty and worth it!
