Feel Good Food

UPDATE- UGH CLOSED FOREVER. BUMMED. This is a lovely option for those who are vegan and their friends who are not. It’s all made fresh to order and makes you walk away feeling healthier. Can’t complain about that! Ample room to sit inside.

Nice vegan options!

There are no vegan places in town and so it was good to have stop by here. There are about 10 dishes that can be made vegan. Taste is good and big portion!

Pros: Good amount of vegan options, Moderate prices

Best vegan pho ever!

Casual dining with lots of vegan options. Some of the best vegan pho I’ve ever had! Their broth and fresh veggies make it great!

App won’t let me leave 5 stars

HappyCow app won’t let me leave 5 stars because it’s not a vegetarian theme restaurant. That’s a shame, because this restaurant has authentic Hmong cuisine with lots of vegan options! Highly recommend!

delicious!

Hubby (not vegan) and I came here after a long day at the hot springs. We ordered the veggie meenee rolls, the buddha bowl, and hubby got the tacos. Everything was fresh delicious and full of flavor and spice! Would definitely come here again if we were ever in the area again.

Tasty, Fresh & Healthy

I believe this is the best vegan option in Pagosa Springs! The owners are vegan-friendly (and GF friendly) -- basically, very welcoming of special diets. They won't call something vegan if they're not 100% sure that it is, which I respect.

It's counter-service (fast casual), mostly take-out, with limited seating.

The food is fresh and delicious. It's best described as "Vietnamese fusion," with modern riffs and interpretations. The buddha bowl (with quinoa, tofu, edmame, chickpeas, and lots of fresh, colorful veggies) is delicious with their spicy sauce. The cold "skinny rolls" are great too, filled with fresh, crispy veggies (yummy with the peanut sauce). Portions are very generous.

Check their website for specials -- they sometimes have vegan specials (curries, holy basil baked tofu, etc.).

N.B: if you see reviews elsewhere referring to a food truck, it's because they used to operate out of one before they got their restaurant space downtown.

Pros: Flavor of food, Freshness of food, Big portions

Cons: Limited counter/table seating, Closed Sundays

Since I wrote the review last summer, they've moved into a much larger location. There's a lot more seating now. They also have moved some of their vegan specials (like the Holy Basil Tofu) onto the permanent menu. The new menu board is clearly marked with vegan options. Love, love, love this place!!!
