Best in the area

Medikon is an upscale restaurant in a former manor of Medici-descendant Greeks. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are clearly marked on the menu. The menu offers quite a few vegan options, many of which are inspired by local, traditional cuisine. The vegan dishes were prepared exceptionally well.

The prices are quite elevated, but I must say this was - by far - the best Restaurant of the region I've been to so far. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
