We heard several people recommend this place to us. Quiet. Out of the way. Good vibes. Great food. We ate lunch there and will definitely go back. Great value. friendly. Smoke free environment.

Delectable and Adorable! - Edit
A quaint lil place tucked away in San Marcos that has nurturing meals, smoothies, and teas. You will find lots of missed veggies (kale, cucumbers, celeries, +more!) creatively weaved into dishes/drinks. The couple behind the creation are beautiful and are masters at making vegan chocolates clusters-I indulged myself guiltlessly by having 2! Highly recommend you treat yourself here :)

I love Medicine Foods and the lovely couple that runs it. You can tell that everything is crafted by hands of love. The food is very healing, and the atmosphere is very pleasant to spend the day in. Lots of great superfoods, fresh and raw delights, amazing health tonics... 5 star place!!

Medicine foods is a super quaint little cafe tucked in behind the volleyball court in San Marcos. I hate to sound cliche but you can tell there is a lot of love and care put into the preparation of all the food and drinks on the menu. Lots of nice superfoods and soothing healing snacks. Highly recommended!
