Tasty ramen! - Edit
Got the kinoko vegetarian ramen, which can be easily made vegan (I think by default one of the ingredients is prepared with butter or something). Called before arriving and the waitress was very helpful about listing vegan options.
Read moreThe ramen was really good - I added chili oil. Great noodles and flavors of the broth and mushrooms were strong and wonderful. There are rather few vegan options though.
